Aging gracefully is being exactly who you are at exactly this age, despite what others may think.

What keeps us young at heart? Attitude and lifestyle. We are at an age where most of the really big, difficult questions in life have been answered. We know where we've been, we know what we've done. Now it's time to exploit what we know and the freedom we have.

Growing old is not something we should be worried about. We should be thankful we are getting the chance to grow old...so many don't. So the opportunity should not be squandered.

  • Embrace your age. You will only get older!
  • Enjoy your friends and family. They are the bedrock of happiness.
  • Get involved in your community. Stay active, be vital.
  • Learn something new. It is the key to brain health.

  • Take care of your health. Once it's gone, it is gone forever. Ensure you eat plenty of anti aging foods.
  • Always continue to set new goals. It's what gets us up in the morning.
  • Pamper yourself occasionally. You deserve it.
